Endeavour Career Pathways based on Talentino key themes 

Talentino is a careers programme that all students at Endeavour school have access to.  

All students will undertake the Preparation for Work compulsory pathway which focuses on being fit and healthy with the skills to travel to work / work experience. 

All students are then exposed to a variety of activities from each pathway until there is a clear area of interest. Students then follow a theme with in-house / community work experience where appropriate. The themes are designed to allow students to work towards a career pathway. 

One Pathway is chosen by the multi-professional team following discussion at a Learning Intention Review and will be form part of the student’s Learning Wheel.  Where appropriate a second Pathway may be chosen by the student.
